"From the inside out and back" is not just a principle of my work, but a kind of philosophy that I study in each of my works. I do not just explore the shadow sides of personality and try to understand how conventionally "bad" and "good" coexist in a person, but I look for ways to see how this internal contradiction interacts with the outside world.
My art is a search for answers to questions: how does a person with his unique world, an individual set of features, find his place where he lives? How does he adapt, adjust, interact? How does he create his own world, in which the internal and external are harmoniously combined?

I use art therapy as a tool for self-knowledge, as a way to recognize and accept my characteristics and contradictions, as a way to understand different mechanisms of interaction with society without losing myself. The main goal in the search is to separate my inner world from the influence of the environment and subsequently build new connections taking into account the knowledge gained.

Each of my works is an attempt to find points of contact between the unconscious and the conscious. I try to translate internal feelings, conflicts and contradictions into a visual language, making them visible to myself and accessible to others.

I invite you to immerse yourself in my world, to discover it through my works. Each of them is a fragment of my personal history, but at the same time it is a reflection of the eternal question of the interaction of the inner world and the external environment, a question that is relevant for every person.
