Qual é a origem da técnica Laca

Pintura feita com resina derivada de seiva, arbustos diversos ou com tintas de verniz à base de resinas termofixas. A técnica consiste em sobrepor as camadas de verniz com um polimento vigoroso entre cada uma delas. Na maioria das vezes, tem uma aparência lisa e brilhante, mas às vezes também pode ser acetinado ou muito fosco. Laca é um termo usado para descrever uma resina feita da seiva de vários arbustos que formam uma cobertura sólida quando seca (verniz japonês ou urushi-e), ou objetos feitos com ela. Por extensão, certas tintas brilhantes e lisas também são qualificadas como laca, embora essa substância seja pouco ou pouco utilizada em sua preparação. De origem asiática (principalmente China e Japão), esta técnica traduz-se em diferentes métodos de produção: distinguimos entre lacas esculpidas, lacas decoradas (decoração togidashi, decoração hiramaki-e ou decoração takamaki-e) ou mesmo laca burgauta (incrustada com madrepérola) -pérola). Os artesãos mais ilustres dessa técnica estão na China: Chen Ching, Huang Xia Wu ou Lao Wei; no Japão: Kano Naonobu, Naga Shige ou Zechin; e na Europa: Gérard Dagly, Eileen Gray, Jean Dunant, Gaston Suisse ou Frédéric Halbreich.
