Je suis sculpteur depuis une vingtaine d'années.J'ai commencé mes statues à l'Ile du Levant où j'avais l'hôtel "Le Ponant". Je suis un sculpteur en taille directe sur marbre, pierre et surtout béton cellulaire. Ce matériau, souvent méprisé à un avantage considérable, il pèse quatre fois moins lourd que la pierre ce qui facilite considérablement le transport.J'aime faire de grandes pièces ( de un à deux mètres ) et en pierre il est quasiment impossible de les déplacer.
Pour un sculpteur, ce qui est important est de sortir une forme, peu importe le matériau; A partir de l'original il est ensuite possible de la dupliquer en marbre, faire un moule pour couler une résine ou un bronze...
J'ai vendu énormément de tirages de mes statues à l'Ile du Levant, fait des expos à Hyères, Marseille,Genève, Turin. J'ai fait une pose de sept ans car en arrivant en Corse j'ai rénové et construit ce qui me laissait peu de temps pour l'art.Depuis deux mois j'ai recommencé espérant faire de grandes pièces pour jardin, piscine...
