Née dans les années 1970 en milieu plutôt rural j'ai occupé une partie de mes journées d'enfance à dessiner . Tout a commencé petite avec mon plus jeune frère sur le recto d'ecgantillons de feuilles d'echantillons de tapisserie que notre grand-père nous donnait sous forme de catalogue. Je me souviens que nous évitons les tapisseries en relief car il y avait trop de creux et de bosses au verso pour dessiner . Nous nous amusions a recréer des personnages de bandes dessinées ( Lucky Luc, Boule et Bill, les Schtroumphs,...) et ceux des dessins animés ( Capitaine Flam, Heidi, Ulysse 31,...).
Plus tard ce sont les animaux que j'aimais dessiner avec ma période cheval a l'adolescence .
Dessiner est une détente pour moi . Je le fais lors de mes longues périodes de repos ( en vacances, généralement ).
Ce qui m'inspirent toujours aujourd'hui ce sont les animaux, la nature et les scènes quotidienne de la vie .
