Jak zdefiniować Surrealizm styl ?
Surrealizm to ruch literacki i artystyczny, który pojawił się we Francji w 1924 roku, napisany przez André Bretona. Można to przetłumaczyć jako „ponad realizmem” lub „więcej niż realny”. Dla inicjatora jest to dyktando myśli, w którym należy wymazać rozum i troski estetyczne lub moralne. Dla Bretona surrealizm uzasadnia pragnienie emancypacji: uwalniając nieświadomość, aby pogodzić ją ze świadomością, ludzkość będzie mogła uwolnić się od ograniczeń narzucanych przez logikę i rozum. Artyści i pisarze będą zatem inspirowani ruchem dadaistycznym, a także tezami Zygmunta Freuda oraz dziełami symbolistów, w szczególności Gustave'a Moreau i Odilona Redona. W literaturze podejście to przejawi się w ciekawych eksperymentach, takich jak automatyczne pisanie czy wykwintne zwłoki.
