Peter Nottrott is een hedendaagse Duitse kunstenaar. Hij heeft in de loop van zijn carrière, die meer dan drie decennia omspant, een internationale bekendheid opgebouwd. Hij maakt dynamische, energieke abstracte schilderijen, waarbij hij veel waarde hecht aan vrijheid en uniciteit, zowel creatief als in het leven. Nottrotts gebruik van levendige kleuren en expressieve penseelstreken zorgt voor een gevoel van helderheid, dynamiek en optimisme.

Peter Nottrott werd geboren in 1962 in Flensburg, Duitsland, en begon als fulltime kunstenaar te werken na zijn afstuderen aan de particuliere kunstacademie Atelier YAK in Hamburg. Na verloop van tijd ontwikkelde hij een echte passie voor abstracte kunst, en dit is nu de belangrijkste focus van zijn werk.

Nottrott was jarenlang een van de best verkopende kunstenaars online en zijn schilderijen zijn te vinden van privécollecties tot directiekamers van multinationals.
