Pedro Couto

I'm a musician, writer and painter expressing myself through art. When my creativity overflows my mind I feel like I'm home again or as if I was riding a bike for the first time. I didn't choose to be an artist but I'm sure I was chosen by the most incredible way to manifest freedom as a human being, art. I was born in Brazil in 1987, lived in Ireland before come to Portugal where I'm living for the last 7 years. I love to spend time in my studio in Porto, my morning routine of writing and to spread the music from my hometown around European countries playing on weekends.

My main style is abstract and my favorite tool is the spatula using acrylic paint on canvas.
