No one would ever know, today, if what happened to our lineage, after those abominable and inexpressible events that I am about to recount, solely to try to drive them out of my memory forever, actually occurred in the manner in which I will try to describe them or if, on the contrary, as it is likely that it will be considered by those who will learn these incredible events for the first time, it is only a pure, artificial transformation of already terrifying events into an indefinable horror.
When the waters of all the seas and oceans of this world, under that absurd abomination, vomited it into the deepest and darkest depths, they did not do a favor to humanity!
Born in the putrid swamps at the borders of a civilization unknown to us, a natural disaster submerged it, yes, for a long time, burying the threat under the low waters together with the ruins of temples and imposing dwellings but made, thus, of these nameless places its new dwelling or a subaqueous mausoleum!
The danger, of which I do not think you have yet been minimally hinted at, has lived there ever since, as segregated, feeding and sleeping, until one day, on a cursed October, I decided to venture into those lugubrious and unexplored territories...

A terrifying sea monster with fluorescent yellow eyes, incandescent and fueled by hatred towards the one who awakened it from eternal sleep. A hungry aquatic beast with open jaws and sharp teeth protruding from its mouth that now demands its meal!

Questa opera d'arte è opera del terrore. Questa immagine, non certo illustre, è stata creata da me per rendere onore. Onore allo scrittore americano che nella sua pur breve esistenza, agli inizi del novecento, ci ha insegnato cosa sia la Paura. L'essenza più sofisticata e non banale della paura. A lui, pertanto, che ci ha voluto spingere, coi suoi racconti incredibili e ineguagliabili, oltre i confini dell'oscuro... questo omaggio.
Nessuno mai saprebbe dire, oggi, se quello che è accaduto alla nostra stirpe, dopo quei fatti abominevoli e inenarrabili che mi accingo a raccontare per il solo fatto di voler provare a ricacciarli per sempre fuori dalla mia memoria, si sia realmente manifestato nella maniera in cui mi sforzerò di descriverli o se, al contrario, come è probabile che ciò sarà considerato da coloro i quali apprenderanno questi incredibili avvenimenti per la prima volta, sia soltanto una pura, artificiosa trasformazione di eventi già spaventosi in indefinibile orrore.
Quando le acque, di tutti i mari e di tutti gli oceani di questo mondo, rigettarono la sotto quell'obbrobio assurdo vomitandolo nelle profondità più remote e senza luce certo non fecero un favore all'umanità!
Poiché nato nelle paludi putride ai confini di una civiltà a noi sconosciuta, una calamità naturale lo sommerse, sì, lungamente, seppellendo la minaccia sotto le acque infime insieme alle rovine di templi e di imponenti abitazioni ma face, così, di questi luoghi innominabili, la sua nuova dimora ovvero un mausoleo subacqueo!
L'insidia, di cui non pensiate io vi abbia, con queste generiche descrizioni, ancora minimamente accennato, ha da allora sempre vissuto laggiù, come segregata, alimentandosi e dormendo, fino a quando, un giorno, di un ottobre maledetto, non decisi di avventurarmi in quei territori lugubri e inesplorati....
Primo piano orrido di una creatura marina 3d spaventosa e irreale in puro stile orrore lovecraftiano creata con AI e modificata manualmente. Le tonalità dei colori sono state scelte con grande scrupolosità dal sottoscritto per cercare di raggiungere l'effetto desiderato.
Un terrificante mostro delle acque tridimensionale e indescrivibile (se non generando ribrezzo in colui che ne ascolta la puntigliosa rappresentazione).
Un demone animale con gli occhi di un giallo fluorescente, incandescente, infuocati e accesi di odio verso colui che lo ha destato dall'eterno sonno. Una belva acquatica affamata con le fauci spalancate e denti aguzzi fuoriuscenti dalla bocca che adesso reclama il suo pasto!
Esso, in agguato, è sbucato da quel pauroso fondale marino e sta assalendo l'osservatore!
Lo stile dell'illustrazione è quello della classica copertina di un libro horror.
Il colore verde è quello tipico della laguna e della sua vegetazione squallida.
Un quadro, anche incorniciato, volendo, lo vedrebbe bene nella casa di un amante di questa cultura o nei negozi affini al mondo del tetro...

L'autore di queste opere nasce in un nosocomio italiano, nella provincia di Firenze, nel 1980. Conseguito il diploma di Perito commerciale e programmatore trascorre diversi anni sviluppando software aziendale [...]
L'autore di queste opere nasce in un nosocomio italiano, nella provincia di Firenze, nel 1980. Conseguito il diploma di Perito commerciale e programmatore trascorre diversi anni sviluppando software aziendale in una ditta di informatica. Successivamente, nella seconda decade degli anni 2000, dopo una collaborazione comunale svolta per conto dell'Istituto Nazionale di Statistica viene rapito dai favolosi progressi della tecnologia e dell'intelligenza artificiale con la quale prova a materializzare in arte le idee nelle forme più bizzarre e diverse. I temi principali dei suoi lavori (realizzati e poi modificati manualmente tramite programmi di elaborazione di immagini) sono soprattutto animalistici ma non mancano elementi di ispirazione e di concetto quali la Natura (come elemento da difendere), le raffigurazioni ironiche o simboliche ed artistiche basate sia su uno stile antico (medievale, rinascimentale...) che moderno come l'arte astratta. Vive e realizza le sue opere in Toscana, Italia.
