Olesya Ivanova was born in 1981 in Bender, Moldova. She received her professional art education at the art department of the Bender Theoretical Lyceum, and received her higher art education at the faculty of Fine Arts and Drawing of the Rybnitsa branch of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T. G. Shevchenko, years of study 1999-2004. After graduation and to this day, she teaches professional disciplines at the Bender Higher Art College named after V. I. Postroykin, where she teaches drawing, painting and composition.
Since 2005, she has been participating in various regional and international exhibitions, competitions, and projects with her creative works. Since 2011, she has been a member of the International Association of Cultural and Art Workers MARKIS, since 2013, a member of the creative organization Gagauz-art, and since 2022, a member of the Union of Artists of Pridnestrovie. She works in the genres of still life, landscape, and plot paintings, creating images based on dreams, fairy tales, and legends. She works in watercolor and oil painting techniques, and graphic techniques - sanguine, charcoal. She likes to create series of works.

2015 - personal exhibition at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Moldova, Chisinau;
2015 - personal exhibition "Dance of the Brush", Tiraspol office of the OSCE Mission;
2016 - personal exhibition at the Russian Embassy in Moldova, Chisinau;
2017 - personal exhibition in the art gallery of Dubossary, Pridnestrovie;
2020 - personal exhibition "From Side to Side", Tiraspol office of the OSCE Mission.
2022 - personal exhibition in Bender, Pridnestrovian State Art Museum.
The paintings are in museums and private collections in Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, Belgium, France and America.
