My name is Olena. I was born in Ukraine, in the city of Lviv. My career began very early. Even in my early childhood, I spent hours painting. I painted everything I saw around me. Now I live in Italy, this country and its nature inspire me to paint. Usually, I try to see in my imagination the picture that I want to create, and quite often, at night, I see dreams with a certain structure of flowers with certain colors that differ from what I saw in nature. And I try to apply paint very quickly to the canvas while this idea is kept in my head and quite interesting compositions are obtained, which seem to be a mixed reality because the vision of flowers, landscapes in nature and the vision of this all in a dream, it differs and this has its special charm, its mood and emotions. Each picture is a new fascinating story, which is between imagination and reality, and due to this, it is unique. In my opinion, the desire to create something beautiful should not have restrictions, it's like locking yourself in a cage in a small room. I appreciate the freedom of expression, my emotions, my feelings, my imagination; it all helps me in developing my creative path. And I'm happy to share that with you.
