Oksana Gromova

I'am a psychologist by education, and work as psychotherapist. But as an artist I am self-taught. All the paintings come from my soul and they tell a small love story. I like to play with images. I like fairy tales and stories, I collect original fairy tales from different countries, not modified versions with a kind of happy end. This is a kind of ethnography and folk cultural studies. All tales transfers us a kind of local wisdom. Sometimes I'm inspired with books, music, sometimes with fairy tales.   I also like art-psychotherapy because it  evokes a strong effect as a piece of art and it helps to heal people. I also make some ceramics. Welcome to my page.
