Mother and child - This is the first piece made in Jharkhand, where I started portraying tribal art where I have my roots.

Mother and child - This is the first piece made in Jharkhand, where I started portraying tribal art where I have my roots.
It depicts my foundation from the place and even when I do not recall a strong bond of foundation with my mother as a child, nonetheless, it is a natural pedestal where moms reside.
In Jharkhand, every tribe has a different way of carrying their child and Ho tribe particularly tie their children as depicted. The texture is that of pieces of bricks that fit together befitting the bond, of the foundation of the mother and her child.
