Dear ArtMajeur
One of your artists
scammed me. I have purchased an art piece (koi painting) on 5 Jun and it was supposed to be sent out from the origin country on 12 Jun. But it didn’t! After sending a email chasing for my art piece, it was finally sent on 16 Jun 2025. Sadly, the art piece was not an original one (as advertised) and I was given a replicate. Please convey a message to your artist - do not treat customers as fools!

kunstenaars heeft me opgelicht. Ik heb op 5 juni een kunstwerk (een koi-schilderij) gekocht en het zou op 12 juni vanuit het land van herkomst verzonden worden. Maar dat is niet gebeurd! Nadat ik een e-mail had gestuurd om mijn kunstwerk op te vragen, werd het uiteindelijk op 16 juni 2025 verzonden. Helaas was het kunstwerk niet origineel (zoals geadverteerd) en kreeg ik een kopie. Geef jullie kunstenaar alsjeblieft een boodschap: behandel klanten niet als dwazen!
