Par ailleurs, au cours de mon parcours artistique ponctué de nombreux voyages, j'ai pris conscience que l'oppression ne touche pas seulement les populations afro-américaines mais s'élargit, bien évidemment à d'autres races et ethnies.
Combien d'hommes, de femmes, d'enfants vivent aujourd'hui, repliés dans la peur, la souffrance, bafoués dans leurs droits les plus élémentaires!
Les représentations de mes oeuvres récentes, invitent dès lors, au delà de la symbolique des tatouages ( pratique ancestrale commune , dans notre histoire ,à tous les peuples du monde ) le spectateur à s'interroger sur sa propre identité et sur la richesse multiculturelle du monde d'aujourd'hui.
