Alain Bernegger is een autodidactische beeldhouwer. Hij maakt tijdelijke werken met natuurlijke materialen op basis van wat hij weet over een plek, wat het voor hem betekent en hoe hij het ziet. Hij fotografeert ze om te laten zien hoe hij een moment ziet. Zijn werken zetten ons aan het denken over onze gevoelens ten opzichte van de natuur en stellen onze gevoeligheid en onze vooroordelen op de proef.
