Antoni Dragan in een opkomende kunstenaar uit Griekenland wiens werk al internationaal is tentoongesteld. Hij heeft een wereldwijd unieke schildertechniek ontwikkeld waarbij afhankelijk van de lichtomstandigheden de kunstwerken volledig van uiterlijk veranderen. Zijn schilderijen zijn levendige kleuren, pop-artstukken en een mix van herkenbaar en onbekend.
Zijn sculpturen zijn ontwikkeld om drie verschijningsfasen te bereiken. In de eerste met daglicht verschijnt het beeld in levendige kleuren. In de tweede fase gloeien verschillende delen van de sculptuur door het gebruik van black light, waardoor ongelooflijke effecten worden bereikt. In de derde in het volledig donker zullen andere gekozen gebieden gloeien zonder gebruik van enige lichtbron. Het beeld is van lasergesneden staal en de stukken worden met de hand in elkaar gezet.
