Maar het leven in Zuid-Oost Nederland en het volgen van een paar jaar onderwijs aan het Grafisch Lyceum in Eindhoven en de Gelderse Leergangen-afdeling TeHaTex-Tekenen en Stoffen Vakmanschap zetten een stempel op zijn levensbezwaren en creaties.
De enorme verscheidenheid van zijn werk, weergegeven in zijn gepassioneerde illustraties, wordt aangevuld met innerlijke waarheid en oprechte betrokkenheid, humor en introspectie, zonder vermomming of kunstmatigheid.
Nu hij getrouwd is en in Bulgarije woont, breidt Milto zijn potentieel uit buiten West-Europa, met de belofte van nieuwe en frisse blikken over de schoonheid van de Balkan en andere Oost-Europese plaatsen.
