Après avoir grandi à Nice d'une mère italienne et d'un père français, Vittorio s'est très vite nourri des paysages méditerranéens et alpins de son enfance pour développer et exprimer son imaginaire. Il commence à dessiner très tôt puis poursuit son besoin expressif sur les médiums numériques du fait des capacités formelles que cela lui apporte.
A côté de son activité artistique, il poursuit des études d'anthropologie en Italie puis à l'Ecole du Louvre à Paris où il habite aujourd'hui. Ces disciplines ont su nourrir son appétence pour une ouverture sur le monde et sur les autres, et lui ont apporté des vocabulaires nouveaux, issus d'univers artistiques divers des grand.e.s maîtres classiques et modernes.
Aujourd'hui, il propose un art éclectique où l'on retrouve les mêmes trames formelles issues du surréalisme, du pop art et du minimalisme: un goût pour la ligne concise et des iconographies captivantes qui amènent le spectateur vers des chemins menant à d'autres moyens de représentation.
