Aleksandra Petkovic is een hedendaagse Servische kunstenaar. Ze voltooide haar bachelor- en masterstudies aan de afdeling Beeldhouwkunst, Faculteit voor Schone Kunsten in Belgrado, onder leiding van professor Veljko Lalic, en behaalde haar diploma's in respectievelijk 2009 en 2012. In 2015 cureerde en regisseerde ze het programma bij Inex Gallery, waar ze in juni 2015 haar eerste solotentoonstelling "THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE IS WITHIN YOU" presenteerde. Haar tweede solotentoonstelling, "LIQUID LIGHT", vond plaats in maart 2016 in Belgrado Galerij Jeugdcentrum. Momenteel woont en werkt ze in Lyon, Frankrijk.
Gebruikmakend van sculpturen en installaties, naast licht als een centraal element in haar artistieke inspanningen, duikt ze in de ongrijpbare gebieden, manifesteert ze de onwaarneembare aspecten terwijl ze de wisselwerking tussen het verborgene en het schijnbare onderzoekt. Deze verkenning wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de verweving van vorm en inhoud.
