Sorin-Niculae Lazar werd geboren op 27 november 1954 in Suceava, Roemenië. Hij studeerde af aan de Faculteit Geologie-Geofysica van de Universiteit van Boekarest. Op artistiek gebied laat hij zich gelden als autodidact. Hij verkent verschillende gebieden zoals fotografie, digitale kunst, schilderkunst en beeldhouwkunst. Zijn intrede in de artistieke wereld kwam tot uiting met zijn eerste solotentoonstelling van digitale kunst in 2015 in Mangalia.
In 2016 nam hij als gast deel aan drie collectieve schildertentoonstellingen georganiseerd door de vereniging Artists Without Borders, in Roemenië (Mangalia) en Bulgarije (Balcik en Dobrich). Vanaf 2016 nam hij deel aan zeven collectieve tentoonstellingen in Constanța (Dobrogean Artists). Zijn artistieke filosofie is gebaseerd op het concept van jongleren tussen het echte en het imaginaire.
Onder zijn opmerkelijke invloeden zijn Salvador Dali en Carol Nelson. Sorin-Niculae Lazar belichaamt door haar rijke en meervoudige artistieke benadering de versmelting tussen realiteit en verbeelding, een verkenning die de grenzen van de kunst overstijgt en emotie oproept door middel van boeiende visuele expressies.
