"Cristal and pape" c'est la réunion de deux artistes (père et fils) qui se sont associés pour créer initialement des sculptures-peintures, puis des dessins aux techniques mixtes mais aussi finalement des peintures.
L'idée est venue naturellement, au fil des années de vie de Cristal (*), au travers des demandes qu'il formulait pour que son papa recommence à envisager la création artistique comme un champ ouvert, comme un "destination de vie" possible.
Cristal et son père se sont réunis par l'Amour qu'ils se portent mutuellement, tout en laissant à " l'Autre Aimé " son propre champ d'action au sein de l’œuvre à créer. Cette réunion, c'est aussi une volonté farouche et franche de montrer à l'Autre (que l'on ne connait pas) un intérieur profond, sans ombres ni détours, juste par amour pour l'Humain, l'Art et la Création.
Comme le dit très bien Cristal avec sa franchise d'enfant-artiste : « Dans nos œuvres, il y a toutes les couleurs de la vie : le bleu ciel, le rouge du sang, le jaune du soleil, le vert des feuilles... Elles ont du rythme ».
