NivesPalmićは画家兼美術教師です。彼女の原則は、他人や何かを模倣するのではなく、独自性を実現することです。彼女は自分の仕事に完全に正直になりたいと思っています。彼女は、自分の役割が単なるマーケティング担当者ではなくメッセンジャーになることであることを理解し、コミュニケーションにおけるアートの重要性を理解し、人間にとって不可欠なすべてのことを人々に思い出させます。彼女は、中世やペルシャ細密画などの古代文化の芸術に影響を受けています。
NivesPalmićは1961年にクロアチアで生まれました。彼女はリュブリャナの美術アカデミーを卒業しました。現在、彼女は美術教師として、また美術展の指導者および査読者として働いています。 NivesPalmićは、2011年に出版された人気のハウツーブック「FromDrawingtoPainting」の著者でもあります。

"From drawing to painting"
"From drawing to painting" is reference book I conceived as a guidebook for begginers and art lovers.
It bases on my reach experiences in teaching drawing and painting.
The book consists systematic instructions how to develop drawing skills, describes drawing techniques and analises masters artworks from different periods of art history through the composition, rythm of line and colour harmonies.
The book was published at May 2011, in Ljubljana.

Biography
Born 19 October 1961 in Rijeka, Croatia. Graduated in painting 1986 from the Ljubljana Academy of Fine Arts under Profesor Gustav Gnamuš.
Area of work: drawing, painting, illustration, graphic design, digital graphics combining classic techniques and computer interventions and applied arts such as painting and printing on fabric.
Experience in working with children with special needs.
Mentor of a painting group at the Third Age University of Slovenia. Also running several art courses and workshops with different topics, like drawing and painting techniques, decorative ornamentics, miniature painting etc.
