We are all part of nature. It is so beautiful to close your eyes and remember that we are part of a grand design. If we are created in this world, then we are as perfect as birds, mountains, oceans, and flowers — isn't that true?
Living on a tropical island for almost 4 years, my husband, our son, and I cleaned the beaches every week. Every week, many people joined us who also cared about the planet and nature.
We made a significant contribution, and in the end, our team delivered tons of waste to the recycling plant. Our island is as clean as possible, despite the daily currents bringing in plastic from the ocean.
During each cleanup, I told my son how this helps preserve the lives of turtles, rays, fish in the ocean, and birds above us, and overall helps our planet breathe and live.
Often, birds circled above us, and it seemed they were thanking the cleanup participants through their songs. Anyone who touches this painting will more often remember the value of nature around and within them.

As a journalist and someone who has the opportunity to influence people's thinking, I have built a large global community. Thousands of people have participated in my online projects, and regularly around 400 people join me offline at 6 a.m. to practice.
I am a master of yoga and meditation, having led three yoga studios in Siberia for 7.5 years. Thousands practiced in our studios, which I always adorned with my artwork and paintings. The design and memberships were all tied to my art.
My paintings resonate deeply with people’s hearts. They are given as gifts to loved ones and displayed in interiors. People often comment on the strength and energy that flows through these works.
I am also the founder of a children’s center. The well-being of children and the new generation of evolved humans is important to me. I have written a large children’s book and am illustrating it as an artist.
Additionally, I am the creator of a luxury sauna and wellness center on a tropical island. The themes of health, healing, and wellness are close to my heart.
I see a great mission through all my projects, art, and paintings—to bring as much support, kindness, and love to people as possible, despite the immense ecological, political, social, and personal crises.
My creativity is an oasis in our world, a reminder of our strength, beauty, and higher values.
