This piece is the artist's first significant work that combines several unique techniques to create a compelling visual experience. The painting harmoniously intertwines gilding with gold leaf, epoxy resin, texture painting and the artist's technique of applying velvet. Each movement of the brush and each layer of material contributes to changing the image of the painting depending on the lighting.
Special attention should be paid to the background texture - the dark grey velvet covering the surface surprisingly changes its colour and texture when exposed to sunlight, playing on the contrasts of light and shadow. This effect turns the painting into a living object that continues to change its appearance depending on the time of day and angle of view.
The work stands out not only for its visual versatility, but also for its depth of perception, which makes it truly unique. The painting evokes strong emotions in everyone who comes face to face with it, leaving no viewer indifferent. And this painting is also very tactilely pleasant. If you close your eyes and run your hand over the velvet surface you can feel like stroking a strong and formidable lion

A self-taught modern artist who loves to experiment and realise her dreams. I like to create art, not just paint pictures. I like to use and mix different techniques. My goal is that people want to touch art, not figuratively but literally. So that people want to touch the painting and understand, ‘what is it?’, ‘what is it made of?’. I respect artists who create realistic paintings, but for me I choose to do something interesting to show people that it is possible. That's art too.
