She shows the power of feminity through painting female figures in different familiar and intimate settings. Her works celebrate the beauty of African female figures usually accompanied with unique African hair styles, beads, African patterns and motifs.

Black or very dark shades of colour dominates majority of her works inspired by the "Black lives Matter" movement as she believes that black is beautiful.
