The color brown gives a sense of comfort, stability, warmth, and a sense of timelessness. Dio you know that scientific research has shown that brown is a relaxing color that increases the level of tryptophan, which affects sleep and strengthens our immune system. There is no color like white, literally and figuratively - white combines every color of the spectrum. White is associated with hope, innocence, acceptance, kindness, positivity and perfection.
"Harmony", a composition of brown and white stripes, we have different shades of brown: chestnut, golden brown, cinnamon, dark chocolate brown, and dusty white with gray.
Associations:wooden furniture,logs,boards;rustical fabrics,comfort.
"Harmony" is a painting from the "NOlWoBe Art" series - New but looking old,worn but still beautiful.The series is inspired by the atmosphere,the history of old walls,walls that have not been renovated for a long time,places where subsequent generations of people lived.While traveling,you can sometimes come across buildings that have already been abandoned by people,often scheduled for demolition,or neglected tenement houses.I then look at the outside visible old walls with discoloration,remnants of wallpaper,paint.When I take photos of such places,I feel the atmosphere of nostalgia,the passage of time,the aura of mystery.
Another inspiration for this series of paintings are old objects,such as wooden wardrobes,doors,boards and fabrics,such as lace,silk,etc..
Work on this series of paintings began in 2021 and will be continued in the following years.

For me,painting is a reflection of emotions,sensations,feelings and the artist's personality.Creating an image is a very personal experience the result of which you want to share with others.
Everything that surrounds me,the environment,nature,travels,social issues,ongoing transformations taking place in our contemporary world,has an impact on my work.
I use various painting techniques and I don't limit my work to one style.
