This series emerged from the tense atmosphere surrounding the ongoing war in Ukraine. Initially named "Softer, Please," it resonates with the weariness and apprehension that many of ukranians feel amidst constant stress and uncertainty. With soft materials and rounded shapes, I crafted a refuge where softness reigns supreme, inviting all to find solace in its gentle embrace. Through these paintings, I aim to wrap viewers in a warm blanket of security, tenderness, and peace.

Kristin was born in Kyiv in 1993, where she has lived and worked all her life. She began refining her artistic skills during her school years through drawing lessons. In 2014 she obtained a master`s degree in fashion design at Salvador Dali Art Institute for decorative modeling and design. In 2015 she enriched her skills with a graphic design course at Projector University. Working as a makeup artist for 7 years, Kristin continued to explore her passion for art as a hobby. In 2021 she participated as an artist in a jewelry project for a private collection. 

She is currently working on series of paintings titled 'Softer, Please,' exploring themes of tenderness and sensitivity. Primarily works with acrylic and oil.
