The Summer is my impressionist take of a boat club on a hot summer day. The sky is in mustard yellow and orange. The boats and the masts are done in rough strokes of a pallet knife.

My work is my reflection in symbols, signs, characters and other symbolic elements of ancient cultures. I research a particular culture first, then pick those elements I wish to use in the artwork, add my own taste to the element, add my own elements that are mainly inspired by cubism, make the design then complete the painting. My works are mostly black and white.
