These ornaments have been passed down through the generations, symbolizing the connection of the women of the family, their strength and beauty. I used shades of blue and purple to convey the feeling of the night sky, tranquility and mystery. The girl's hair in the painting seems to reflect the light of the moon, and the kimono burns bright red, symbolizing passion and life.
