I chose bright and contrasting colors – yellow, green, blue, to convey the energy and cheerfulness of this alter ego. The yellow tone symbolizes sunshine and optimism. I used various paint application techniques, including broad strokes and textured layers, to give the image volume and liveliness. The girl's eyes are made of dried flowers, which makes the gaze stop and think.
The girl's smile was intentionally wide and a little cheeky, reflecting her rebellious spirit and cheerful character. The hand with the gesture became the central element of the painting. This gesture not only adds provocativeness to the image, but also emphasizes the girl's courage and confidence.
I paid special attention to the details. She depicted an earring in the form of a cross in the girl's ear, which became a distinctive sign and a kind of signature of the artist. This element added a personal and intimate character to the painting, connecting the hero of the painting with the artist with an invisible thread.
