Lazy weekends by the river are usually associated with warm, sunny weather. However, the artist who created this artwork has a different opinion about the perfect weekend.
He imagines it as follows: a tent and a light from a lamp inside it, rain pounding on the leaves of trees around and reflecting in circles on the river surface.
This is the plot depicted on the canvas.
Looking at the painting, you can see the water and the trees reflected in it. The light blue color is a warm rain. You don`t want to hide from it. You just want to walk in this rain without thinking about anything, throwing away the thoughts that bother you.
Slightly rusty shades in the painting make it more expressive, and convey the atmosphere of a dark rainy landscape, in which the author of the artwork sees a kind of romance.
