Highly unique, hand-made sculpture covered in mixed media, dimensional mosaic.
During my years as a professional mosaic sculptor, I exhibited widely, both in Australia and internationally. I also taught the art form in college and completed many art residencies in Melbourne schools.
I wrote the book Sculptural Secrets for Mosaic’ (Schiffer Publishing, USA). Each of the works in this series is featured in this book. Some of them have their own chapter dedicated to their creation.
This is the first time these works have been for sale.
Each sale is accompanied by a signed copy of the book, which currently sells internationally on all major online bookstores.

バイオグラフィー
オーストラリアを拠点とする英国人アーティスト、ジュリーは、何年もの間、何度も海外に移住してきました。絶え間ない絆の断ち切りと再出発が、絵の具という素材を解体し、再発明するという彼女の技法にインスピレーションを与えています。
絵の具はキャンバスから独立して存在できるという考えから、彼女はプラスチックに絵を描き、乾いたら剥がすという手法を編み出しました。ジュリーは、その柔軟性を活かして、テキスタイル、コラージュ、彫刻技法への興味を探求しています。
非常に精巧な作品は、何時間にもわたる細心の注意を払った切断、重ね合わせ、接着の成果です。最終的に、ジュリーの中心的な目的は、絵画の本質についての会話を生み出し、絵画の可能性に対する期待に挑戦することです。

Art in Public Collection
Both of my rippled wall sculptures Minutes to Midnight and Liquid Sunshine have been chosen by an art consultancy in Singapore to grace the walls of a new hotel in Sydney.
Both works can be found in the restaurant at Hotel Capella and will form part of an Australian strong art collection which features throughout the hotel spaces.
