Originally, from the Caribbean. I became a Citizen in the early 1980’s, have lived in the United States for over 46 years, and have traveled extensively Internationally.

A self-taught Artist. As a child, I stopped displaying my artistic abilities due to trauma and life-changing events throughout my life. I found my way back to art during my spiritual healing journey. My works explore different aspects of thought-provoking art through expressionism, culturally diverse, tribal, eclectic painting, and abstract art zen art. My paintings begin vaguely and evolve into the final piece, through the emotions felt during each creation.

My background is in holistic health and well-being. I owned an upscale Day Spa & Beauty Salon in the San Francisco Bay Area in the '90s. A Psycho Aromatherapist, Reiki, and Seichim Master, Certified Yoga Teacher. Specialized in Deep tissue, Swedish, and Rolfing Massage techniques. Lymphatic Drainage Spa Therapist, Master Herbalist, and a first-time author of “Self Care to Self Love” available on Amazon.
