Je crée depuis l’enfance. Après des études de stylisme, je multiplie les expériences dans divers domaines artistiques (sculpture, mosaïque, création de robes, création de sacs et bijoux…).
Je commence à peindre à l’huile au milieu des années 90. JE m’inspire de ce qui me touche. Les émotions féminines, le voyage, la différence culturelle, la féminité et l’habillement l’Afrique et l’Asie.
Rapidement je focalise ma peinture sur les visages de femmes particulièrement expressifs .
A ma peinture imprégnée de la richesse de la différence culturelle, j’ajoute une créativité qui me permet d’aussi jouer avec les fleurs, les oiseaux et de parfois les orner de feuille d’or.
Mon travail pictural et sa réflexion artistique évoluent avec la pratique, les expérimentations et les rencontres. Après avoir utilisé des visages connus que j’ adaptais sur les corps et drapés que je peignais, je rencontre Reiri Myashita danseuse étoile japonaise, en 2003, qui devient « mon » modèle fétiche.
J’ai décidé il y a plus d’une année d’approfondir ce travail en y ajoutant un hommage très clair à Gustave Klimt.
