Riguardo l'autore
Native de Montréal en 1965, Linda prend conscience dès son jeune âge de la grâce et de la beauté des animaux. Elle tente alors, par des dessins, de reproduire l'intensité dégagée par les bêtes.
Ce n'est qu'en août 2005 que Linda découvre quelques-unes des multiples facettes de la peinture à l'huile. Malgré l'impossibilité et le manque de temps pour prendre des leçons afin d'en apprendre plus sur cet art, peindre devient alors, avec l'encouragement de son conjoint, son moyen d'évasion quotidien.
Amoureuse depuis toujours des animaux, et plus particulièrement des chevaux qu'elle a côtoyé pendant plus de 18 années, elle tente, bien humblement et à travers sa vision personnelle, de rendre hommage à ces majestueuses créatures qui nous entourent.
