Monique Palayer, ou plutôt Mine, je suis née le 18 septembre 1952 à Bourg de péage dans la Drôme (26). Je vis et travaille dans le Gard depuis 2014.
1973-79, j'intègre l'École nationale des Beaux Arts de Lyon, qui suite à un concours, m'ouvre une résidence à Paris. J'y reste 15 ans et participe à de nombreuses biennales et salons internationaux.
1983-85, maître Ung No Lee me permet d'étudier au sein de son académie de peinture et calligraphie orientale .
1990-91, Pressière en taille douce dans l'Atelier Olaf Idali.
1991-95, professeure de dessin et gravure aux ateliers de la ville de Paris.
1991-93, je rencontre Pierre Mrejen des "éditions du rouleau libre", et nous réalisons 5 livres d'artiste..
1993, la réalisation d'une petite fille m'écarte de la gravure pour quelques temps et m'emmène en Ardèche.
2003-06, je rejoint le collectif AZ'Arts où au fil des ans nous organisons de nombreuses expos.
De 2006 à ce jour, j'expose en Ardèche, en Haute Loire et dans le Gard où je réside aujourd'hui.
