Kokou Biwova Senavon né au Togo originaire de ZAFI à 50km de Lomé
"Mon inspiration artistique est considérée comme une observation et de représentation visuelle issue de la lignée de notre communauté dont mon clan et spécialement ma famille assure la chefferie. Pour transcrire les activités quotidiennes de la vie. La communauté a développé des symboles caractéristiques gravés sur les ustensiles utilisés et dans la peinture sur bois. Notre famille est devenue de par sa position sociale (chefferie) dans la communauté, la garante exclusive de ces symboles et de sa gravure. En effet, les symboles dans les peintures sur bois ou sur ustensiles de ma communauté expriment " Humain" en relation avec les quarts éléments de la vie : l'eau, air, terre et le soleil.Ces éléments sont représentés " l'arbre" et aussi l'Amour, la Paix et le bien-être dont la communauté en est sa combinaison visuelle.
Mon inspiration artistique exprime cette combinaison à travers mes oeuvres.
