Depuis toujours passionné par la peinture ,après une carrière professionnelle d'enseignant , c'est à partir de ma retraite que j'ai pu mettre en valeur mes ressentis avec une prédilection pour le pastel . Ma principale source d'inspiration se trouve dans ce que la réalité mondiale nous offre . On ne peut rester indifférent devant toutes ces personnes souffrant des injustices de ce monde , ni devant ces regards remplis de détresse ou de colère !! J 'affectionne particulièrement les portraits et les scènes de genre me permettant de garder un contact permanant avec L'HOMME!!
Comment ne pas avoir envie de partager la beauté de certains paysages , surtout lorsque l'on est passé des côtes de la Manche à celles de la Méditerranée !! quels changements de couleurs !
Et j'ai également ressenti ce besoin de travailler l'argile pour sculpter les personnages du midi ! (écrivains ou acteurs ).
J'ai obtenu en 2001 une cotation chez Drouot et la Médaille Du Conseil Général Du Var pour l'ensemble de mon Œuvre à Toulon en 2002.
