Jean-Noël Le Junter è un artista francese contemporaneo. Dopo gli studi, ha trascorso del tempo in vari paesi, tra cui Scozia, Inghilterra, Stati Uniti e Grecia. Durante la sua permanenza in questi luoghi frequenta corsi serali presso rinomate istituzioni come Beaux-Arts, il Glasgow University Arts Club, e partecipa a diversi workshop.
Sebbene sia stato impegnato nella pittura dagli anni '70, è stato solo nel 1995 che ha iniziato a mostrare pubblicamente le sue opere d'arte. È diventato ufficialmente professionista registrato presso la Maison des Artistes il 1 gennaio 2000 e da allora è membro attivo di numerose fiere d'arte nazionali e internazionali. Inoltre, il suo lavoro è stato presentato in circa quindici gallerie in tutta la Francia.
