La pittura di Guy Rossey nasce dalle esperienze vissute durante i suoi viaggi. Scene, situazioni, esperienze agivano come un lampo custodito nella memoria che cercava di tradurre in pittura. Il suo stile è piuttosto ispirato all'impressionismo. Gli piace suggerire più che descrivere e si sforza di liberare il suo gesto per poterlo realizzare al meglio.
Guy Rossey è autodidatta. Perfeziona la sua tecnica attraverso stage con gli acquerellisti Marc Folly, Lelie Abadie, Christine Peseux. Pratica anche la pittura ad olio con Patrick de Puységur.
È belga, chimico e vive nella regione di Montpellier. Il suo tempo è ora dedicato alla pittura. Lì trova il piacere di fare ricerca. Ma qui si tratta di trovare la composizione efficace, l'armonia dei colori, l'atmosfera da creare e i mezzi per realizzarla.
Espone regolarmente a mostre nella sua regione e ha partecipato al Salone Internazionale dell'Acquerello a St Yrieix-la-Perche nel 2019 e nel 2021. < /p>< p>
