Fisher lavora con il tempo, la luce, il colore e la forma, le sue immagini mettono in discussione il significato della realtà e la ricerca di libertà dell'uomo. Fisher lavora principalmente nella fotografia documentaria, con particolare attenzione a scene di strada, soggetti naturali e oggetti trovati. In gran parte autodidatta, ha preso lezioni all'International Center for Photography e alla Art Students League. Il lavoro di Fisher è stato presentato in mostre collettive alla Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance e al Local Project di Long Island City. Ha conseguito un BA presso la Yale University e un MBA presso la Wharton School.
