Le dessin m'accompagne depuis toujours, et la couleur est arrivée avec la peinture à l'huile dans mon adolescence , sans avoir eu la chance de faire les Beaux Arts, j'ai continué d'explorer les différents médiums, ajoutant l'aquarelle, l'encre de Chine, jusqu'au moment magique où j'ai trouvé mon médium préféré, le Pastel !
Depuis quelques années , je voyage entre les portraits et les animaux, auxquels je rends hommage, car il est urgent de protéger les animaux sauvages et de libérer ceux qui souffrent dans nos élevages intensifs et autres cruautés inventées par l'homme pour son plaisir.
J'aime les portraits figuratifs, admire les grands peintres impressionnistes comme Monet, et surréalistes comme Dali, mais aussi les peintres chinois comme Tang Wei Min.
J'aime aussi la photographie qui m'aide à avancer mon travail de peintre, car ce sont les visages rencontrés en voyage qui m'inspirent pour mes pastels.
