È descritto come un artista del "design piatto" con un tocco creativo. La sua principale caratteristica tecnica è che non utilizza alcun effetto gradiente. Le creazioni di JipeDan sono completamente fatte a mano, utilizzando solo un mouse e un software di disegno, senza l'uso di tecniche di fotoritocco o filtri. La tecnica del disegno su carta a mano libera è stata sostituita dalla scultura digitale del disegno.
