Dove una natura magnifica coesiste con aree ecologicamente degradate e una pletora di strutture industriali.
Dmitriy Kochergin è nato, cresciuto e attualmente risiede a Chelyabinsk (Russia). Laureato presso la South Ural State University, Dipartimento di Economia, e presso la scuola di fotografia "Dokdok" corso "Esperienze di fotografia moderna". Finalista ripetuto e vincitore di concorsi russi e internazionali, tra cui Natural World Photography Competition, Society of Nature and Wildlife Photographers, 2019 o Science Photographer of the Year, Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain, 2021. Ha esposto in numerose mostre in tutto il mondo , e il suo lavoro è incluso in numerose collezioni private e pubbliche, tra cui il Museo Ruskii e il Museo statale di storia degli Urali meridionali.
