Закончила Свердловский Архитектурный институт по специальности "Промышленное искусство" в 1990г.
В течение 14 лет преподавала "Дизайн одежды" в Архитектурной академии г. Екатеринбург
С 1993г. занимается книжной и журнальной графикой, сотрудничает с издательскими домами и редакциями журналов.
С 2002г. сотрудничает с театрами в качестве художника по костюмам. В этом амплуа проявила себя в киноиндустрии.
2005-2013г.г. работала художником по костюмам в Театре Юного Зрителя в г. Екатеринбург.
Создала костюмы к 45 различным спектаклям и шоу.
Всю свою творческую жизнь принимает участие в выставках театральных художников.
Графические работы Наташи Ермолаевой находятся в частных коллекциях по всему миру.
