Diane Latrille est une dessinatrice, peintre et graveuse née à Langon en 1984. En parallèle de ses études à la faculté, elle décide de suivre des cours de dessin d’observation et de perspective en fréquentant l’atelier de Guy Céry de 2003 à 2007.
Le dessin s’impose très rapidement comme un puissant moyen d’expression chez cette artiste qui voue une réelle fascination pour la Renaissance. Ses recherches l’amènent à explorer une multitude de domaines, tels que le dessin au fusain ou à la plume, la gravure, la peinture, l'illustration, le monotype, le collage et les techniques mixtes.
Les productions de Diane Latrille témoignent d’une réflexion permanente sur la notion de représentation, jouant avec le regard du spectateur qu’elles invitent au cœur de mondes imaginaires où se déploient formes humaines, animales, végétales et minérales, souvent au milieu de décors oniriques.
Parmi les récompenses obtenues, la médaille d'or au Salon des Artistes Français 2020 (section gravure), la médaille d'argent Arts Sciences Lettres, le prix du Musée de l'Armée.
