A unique collection of wooden figurines inspired by the vibrant traditions of Latin America. Each figurine is a story told through the language of color and form.
Art is not only a means of self-expression but also a bridge between cultures. The inspiration for the forms of women's faces and style came from the works of Picasso and Matisse. In these images, bold lines, rich colors, and the wealth of cultural heritage from Latin American countries come together. Bright girls with flowers in their hair, colorful ornaments, and textured acrylic strokes seem to dance to the rhythms of Mexican music.
Each figurine symbolizes something unique: love, joy, freedom, and the strength of women. The flowers in the girls' hair embody nature and life, while the vibrant decorations reflect the richness of a culture where every detail has its significance. These figurines evoke feelings of warmth and joy in viewers, reminding them of the importance of self-expression and inner strength. It is a connection to nature and the traditions of one's ancestors. It serves as a reminder of how important it is to preserve one's identity and take pride in it.
The collection has been sold to a private collector and has become part of the local art scene in Mexico.
