These two expressive pieces are drawn with a black marker on white paper. I wanted to catch the state of thoughtfulness in different people with the help of a line and a spot.

Marker on thick white paper
The size of each drawing is 30,8х42,7 cm (unframed)
The size of the two drawings is 61,6x42,7 cm (unframed)
Depth: 0,1 cm

Drawings are sold unframed and have the Certificate of Authenticity.

IMPORTANT!! THIS ARTWORK IS SHIPPED FROM RUSSIA!
I live and work in London (UK) now, but some of my paintings remained in Russia.
I will arrange for this painting to be delivered to you from Russia.
Fully tracked shipping. I usually use EMS (Express Mail Service of Russian Post) to deliver my work from Russia.

The drawings are shipped rolled in the tube. When received you just have to take them to your local framers to get them framed.

Irina (Irene) Makarova was born in Moscow, Russia, and currently lives in London, UK. 

Since 2005, she studied painting in the studio of the Russian artist Konstantin Kaufman. She graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute in 2008, and then she took an Art course at Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after Surikov. She joined the International Art Foundation in 2008. She prefers to work in oil and often uses open colours in her artwork. 

Irina mostly creates expressive figurative art. The form and relationships between different forms and figures set a huge field of interpretation through different historical and mythological contexts. Irina's paintings are born in her inner world through observation and experience of the surrounding life. 

Irina's art was influenced by the pictorial language of the Russian avant-garde of the early twentieth century and the work of German expressionists, as well as by Bosch, Giotto, El Greco, and Modigliani. 

Irina has participated in more than 60 exhibitions in Russia and Europe. Her works are in private and public collections in England, Scotland, Russia, France, Italy, Spain, Finland, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic.
