Narhana(G.Y. Byun) is a contemplative visual artist whose work does not seek to mirror the visible, but to construct a visionary architecture of consciousness. His paintings explore the boundary between perception and transcendence, functioning as meditative instruments to reveal unseen patterns beneath reality.
Rooted in decades of spiritual practice and philosophical reflection, his work draws on sacred geometry, symbolic abstraction, and metaphysical minimalism. Centered around archetypal forms and meditative structures, his compositions invite the viewer into a state of inward stillness, presence, and subtle awareness.
For Narhana, art is not self-expression—it is self-dissolution. His creative process is a silent alignment with what he calls the “cosmic heart,” a source beyond the personal, through which timeless vision emerges.
Originally trained in fashion design, he left conventional career paths to commit fully to visual art. Alongside his paintings, he has authored meditative mandala coloring books and philosophical writings that further reflect his integrated path of contemplation and creation.
