Where Dancing with Sunshine, it's sister painting which was sold immediately, spoke of radiance, this one speaks of strength. A strength that’s soft, rooted in warmth, and quietly defiant of the idea that we must earn light by suffering.
Layered in textured mixed media and rich oil strokes, the piece glows from within - bold yet gentle, abstract yet grounded.
It’s a reminder that light can be chosen. That joy, even when hard-won, is still ours to hold.

Somewhere between the precision of aerospace and the freedom of paint, I found my home.
I’m Geethu, a self-taught mixed media artist, author, teacher, and full-time aerospace engineer - living proof that a woman doesn’t have to choose between her passions, she can rise with all of them. My work is born from that belief. Every painting I create carries the tension between chaos and clarity, softness and strength, structure and soul.
I grew up in a world where dreams were often quieted, especially for girls. But I chose to listen to the louder voice inside me - the one that asked, what if you followed all of them?
So I did.
I became an engineer, not just by education but by love. I paint, not just by skill but by instinct. I teach thousands of artists around the world how to find their voice. And above all, I mother my son with the kind of courage I hope he’ll grow up remembering. Not just the kind that works hard, but the kind that lives fully.
My paintings have sold across the world - from London exhibitions to collectors who tell me my art feels like something they’ve always known. I work mostly with layered textures, expressive brushwork, and deep emotional resonance. I don’t chase perfection. I chase truth. The kind that lives in the folds of memory, in the quiet power of being seen, in the colours that speak louder than words ever could.
This isn’t just about art. It’s about becoming.
And if my son ever asks what I did with my life, I want him to know this:
I didn’t wait for permission. I didn’t silence my longing. I built a life where I could be all of it: artist, engineer, dreamer, teacher, mother.
Because that’s what I want for him too.
A world where becoming everything you are isn’t just allowed, it’s celebrated.
